Sometimes inspiration greets you at your front door! While residing in a multifamily community, our founder endured the unpleasant experience of poor service from trash management companies. Despite making regular complaints, the vendors did not make significant improvements.
After battling with the problem of substandard waste pickup services for seven years, our founder decided to create the solution!
Blue Star Waste & Recycling Valet was then developed, and our vision is influenced by the unique perspective of the resident experience while fulfilling management’s incentive and financial targets.
Blue Star Valet Trash Collection Process Steps for Residents
Step 01
Resident bag and tie trash, then place the bag(s) inside of the authorized collection container provided by Blue Star.
Step 02
Resident places collection container outside of their apartment door between 6pm and 8pm on scheduled service pickup evenings.
Step 03
Valet Porter collections promptly starts at 8pm.
Step 04
Residents are requested to bring their trash container back inside by 9am.
